My stay at No.10 Cardiff was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, being just a short walk from the city centre and near Bute park and Cardiff Castle, which made exploring the area so easy. However, I encountered some issues with my room's maintenance, and the breakfast offerings were quite disappointing. Overall, I felt that while there are great aspects to this place, some improvements are necessary for it to reach its potential.

Breakfast was below average with limited options. The buffet had only a few yogurt pots and cheap bread, which didn't meet my expectations.

My room was comfortable and well-maintained, though I did find the beds a touch short for my liking. The location was fantastic, close enough to the city centre but quiet at night, perfect for a restful stay. Overall, I felt it offered great value for money.

My stay at No.10 Cardiff was comfortable, especially thanks to the mattress and room cleanliness. However, I found the service and communication around check-in to be lacking. The location was fantastic, close to city attractions, making it convenient for exploring. Overall, there’s definitely potential here, but some areas need improvement.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that made sleeping easy. However, I noticed some mismatched furniture and a poorly placed TV, which detracted from the overall aesthetic.

My stay at No.10 Cardiff was a mixed bag. The location is fantastic, close enough to explore the city but in a quiet area. However, the room left much to be desired; it lacked style and cleanliness, making my experience less enjoyable than I'd hoped.

Rooms
5.0
The standard double room was dark with inadequate lighting, and cleaning issues like dead flies on the window sill stood out. While the bed was somewhat comfortable, there was no bedside table, which made accessibility challenging.
Service

The staff is friendly and welcoming, really going above and beyond to help. Their genuine hospitality contributed positively to my experience, even if the other aspects fell short.
Location
9.0
I really enjoyed the location; it's an easy walk to the city center and nestled in a lovely residential area. It's conveniently near the river and close to the park, making it ideal for a stroll.
Dining

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with plenty of choices, though some of the serving bowls felt quite basic. Overall, it added a nice touch to my stay.
Facilities
5.0
While the ambiance of the hotel was charming, certain modern touches like the innovative locking system felt out of place compared to the overall dated look of the room. The lack of basic amenities was disappointing.
